This guide will help you get started with the Price Control web application — an efficient tool for monitoring prices, product assortment, and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance.
The platform is especially useful for brand managers, category managers, analysts, and suppliers who want to keep track of how their products are represented in online retail — where they are listed, at what prices, and how to respond promptly to any discrepancies.

Home Dashboard (Main Page of the Price Control Web Application). Overview Analytics
On the main page, you’ll find a summary of your project’s analytics, including MAP compliance charts, violation trends over time, and the total number of listed products.
Tools:

Interface language selection – choose between Ukrainian and English

Monitoring date selection – pick the desired monitoring date

“Export to Excel” button – export data to an Excel file
-
Row display count – set the number of rows displayed in the table (default is 30)

Chart export options – download charts in PNG, JPEG, PDF, or SVG formats
In the Project field (e.g., “Demo”), you’ll see the name of your current project. If you manage multiple projects, you can easily switch to the one you’re interested in at the moment.
From the Dashboard, you can export a monitoring report for any selected date by clicking the “Export to Excel” button. This option is available on all pages of the web application.
The Home page provides key analytics on price monitoring and MAP violations across stores. In the top-right corner of each analytics block, you’ll find a menu that allows you to export charts in various formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF, or SVG.

The pie chart displays the distribution of products by price type:

2. Weekly Price Analysis
The bar chart displays changes in price status over the course of a week:

This tool is useful for tracking pricing trends and comparing changes by day and hour.
3. Weekly Violator Statistics
This chart shows the number of stores:

It helps assess how stable MAP compliance is over time.

These figures reflect the Demo project.
These are key indicators for managing your project. If the number of monitored stores or SKUs has decreased compared to the previous week or day, consider adding new websites or product items to your monitoring list.
The metrics Number of monitored products, Number of monitored stores, and Project matrix size are clickable. Clicking them will take you to the relevant sections of the platform.
Products Dashboard
Tools and Features for Product Price Analysis
The Products section is designed for in-depth analysis of your product catalog based on monitoring results from online stores.
Here, you can:

See which stores carry your products

View the prices at which your products are listed

Identify any deviations from the MAP

Track historical price changes over time
How to Use the Functionality

To get started, configure your table settings. Click the Settings button (⚙️) and select the parameters you want to analyze. Then click Save.
Your table preferences will be saved and automatically applied the next time you use the web application—unless you make changes.
2. If you need to analyze specific SKUs, a particular brand, or a product category, use the Filters button.
You can also use the Search field to analyze individual products. Simply enter a product name, SKU, or brand in the Search bar — the system will instantly display matching items.
Any table can be exported to Excel for further analysis.
Product Table
Each row in the table represents a separate product. The columns contain the following information:

You can perform a detailed analysis of each product item using the Actions tools.By clicking the icons in the Actions column, you’ll gain access to additional reports and analytics for the selected product.
Tips for Working with the Table:

Use the Search field for quick lookup by product name or SKU.

Apply filters to quickly find products with deviations or missing prices.

Sort the data by clicking on the column headers — toggle between ascending and descending order
Additional Tool: Labels
In both the Products and Stores tables, there is an extra tool called Labels — a feature that lets you assign custom tags to products or online stores.
For example, you can label products by category (A, B, C) or mark stores as discounting, partners, and so on. This helps organize and segment your data for more efficient analysis and reporting.
How to Work with Labels
- In the table, click the “+” button next to the item where you want to add a label.
This will open the Label Panel.
2. On the panel, click the “+” button again to create a new label.
In the pop-up window:

Enter a label name

Choose a color
-
Optionally, allow or restrict other project users from editing the label

Click Save
3. Then, click the “+” on the label to assign it to a specific product or store, and confirm by clicking Save.
Labels can be used to filter products or online stores, making it easier to segment and analyze your data.
Stores Dashboard
Price and Stock Analytics by Online Store
The Stores section provides analytics on how your products are represented across online retailers — including availability, MAP deviations, and other key metrics. It helps you quickly identify where pricing policy violations occur and how well each store carries your product lineup.
How to Use the Stores Table:

Configure the table – Click the Settings button (⚙️), select the parameters you want to analyze, then click Save.
2. If you want to focus on specific online stores, use the Filters button.
To analyze particular websites or marketplaces, use the Search field. Enter the store name, SKU, or brand — the system will instantly show matching results.
3. The layout of this table is similar to the one in the Products section, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.

Why is the Stores Dashboard Valuable?
The functionality allows you to:

Quickly identify stores with the highest number of MAP violations (via sorting by deviations)

View product representation per store — both total item count and % coverage

Analyze product availability and the percentage of items in stock

Export analytics in a convenient format for further use
-
Apply filters to find, for example, only stores with deviations or stores missing price data
Brands Dashboard
Brand Presence Monitoring in Online Stores
The Brands section provides a consolidated view of analytics for each brand included in your project’s monitoring. It allows you to quickly assess brand presence, product availability, the number of MAP deviations, and other key metrics.
Just like in the Products and Stores sections, the table here is fully customizable.
Once configured, the table displays:

Number of Unique Products – total unique items monitored under the brand

In Stock Number – how many of those products are currently in stock

% In Stock – percentage of items available

Matches MAP – number of products priced in line with MAP
-
Number of Deviations – number of products priced below MAP
-
No Price Number – products with no listed price

Categories Dashboard
Category Representation Monitoring in Online Stores
The Categories section provides a summary of analytics by product group. It shows how well each category is represented in online listings, how many items are in stock, MAP compliance levels, and any pricing deviations.
This dashboard is especially useful for category managers, marketing teams, and executives who need to track trends and enforce pricing control within specific product segments.
The Categories section functions similarly to the Brands dashboard, but focuses on product groups regardless of brand. It allows you to analyze pricing and availability across entire categories.
Before getting started, configure the table as you would in the Products and Stores sections.
Available Data Columns:

Number of URLs – total number of product listings in the category

In Stock Number – how many products are currently available

% In Stock – percentage of available items within the category

% Representation – category coverage rate in the monitoring matrix

Matches MAP Number – number of items priced in line with MAP

Number of Deviations – count of MAP violations (prices below recommended)
Use the Filters button to narrow down your view as needed.
Each category also includes Actions:

The entire table can be exported to Excel for reporting or offline analysis.
Reports Dashboards
Analytics for Brands and Suppliers: Pricing, Availability, and Market Trends
The Reports section offers deep-dive analytics on pricing, assortment, and market behavior over time. It includes several analytical sub-sections, each providing a different perspective to support informed business decisions.
Price History
This subsection allows you to track how the price of a specific product has changed across different online stores over a selected time period. It’s ideal for:

Monitoring MAP compliance

What the section displays:

Price chart – visualizes how the product’s price fluctuated by day/hour across each store
-
MAP line – serves as a reference to highlight deviations from the recommended price

Filters – select specific products, time ranges, and stores

Tools – export data and toggle between chart and table view
How to Build a Price History Chart
Step 1: Open the Filters Panel
Click the Filters icon (funnel) to open the settings panel on the right side of the screen.
Step 2: Set Filter Parameters
In the Filters panel on the right, specify the following:

Product – select the product you want to analyze
-
Period – choose the start and end dates for the observation period
-
Store – select the stores whose pricing data should appear on the chart
Click Save to apply the filter or Clear to reset the settings.
Step 3: Analyze the Chart
After applying filters, the chart will display multiple lines — each one represents the product’s price in a specific store over time.

The MAP line (if defined) serves as a reference for identifying deviations.

Hovering over a data point shows the exact price on that date, along with the deviation from MAP (e.g., “–500 UAH” for comfy.ua and moyo.ua).

Red highlights (in the background or text) indicate MAP violations for quick visual detection.
Step 4: Export the Data
Click Data Export to download a price table in Excel for the selected product, stores, and date range.
Assortment Dynamics Dashboard
Tracking Product Availability Over Time
The Assortment Dynamics dashboard shows how product availability and presence in online stores change over time. It helps you understand:

When products appear or disappear from listings

Which stores experience frequent stock disruptions
-
How consistently your assortment is available online
The section includes two tabs:
1. Detailed Dynamics
This tab provides a granular view of product-level changes — ideal for identifying specific availability trends or issues across different stores.
This chart shows how many specific products (or brands, categories, etc.) were listed in stores at any given time.
Filter Panel (Funnel Icon):
You can filter the data by:

Period – select a time range

Labels – if you’ve assigned tags to stores or products

Brand / Category – to focus on a specific segment
Click Save to apply the filters, or Clear to reset them.

2. Overall Dynamics
This second tab offers a broader view of total assortment fluctuations across the market — helping assess general availability trends over time.
This chart gives a high-level overview of product availability without going into item-level detail. It shows:

In stock number – products currently available

Out of stock number – products temporarily unavailable
-
Number of missing products – items that were removed or not found (e.g., parsing errors)
All data is aggregated over the selected period and presented as a stacked area chart with color-coded zones for easy comparison.
How to Build the Charts
Step 1: Select a Tab

Period Analysis
MAP Violation Trends Over Time
The Period Analysis section is designed for comparing MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) violations over selected time intervals — typically shown by default over the past month.
It helps you:

Track when and where MAP violations occurred

Observe how violations evolved over time

Identify stores or segments with stable or worsening compliance
This view is ideal for spotting trends, measuring the effectiveness of corrective actions, and identifying recurring violators.
What the Interface Shows
Table Axes:

Columns – represent monitoring dates and times, with the number of checks during each period shown in parentheses

Rows – display either stores, products, brands, or categories, depending on the selected filter
Cell Values:

Show the number or percentage of MAP deviations at each point in time

Help visualize when and where violations occurred and how they changed
How to Work with the Table
Step 1: Select Analysis Type
In the dropdown menu (top left), choose the parameter for analysis:

Step 2: Select Metric Type
In the second dropdown menu, choose the type of data to display:

Number of deviations — actual number of MAP violations

Step 3: Analyze the Table
Row values show how many violations were recorded in each time period.
You can quickly identify when and where mass deviations began.
Useful for detecting unstable sellers or evaluating results after negotiations.

Price Index
Tracking Minimum and Average Product Prices in Online Stores
The Price Index section allows you to monitor how product prices change over time and compare them to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).
This tool helps identify periods of price dumping, track minimum and maximum prices, and analyze the overall market condition.
The chart displays:

MAP – Minimum Advertised Price (pink line)

Minimum / Maximum / Average price – depending on your selection

Number of tracked prices (URLs) for each day
How to Work with the Data
Step 1: Select Display Type
In the top right corner, choose one of the analysis options:

MIN — minimum price (useful for detecting price dumping)

MAX — maximum price
-
AVG — average price across all stores
By default, MIN is selected, as minimum prices are most likely to violate MAP.
Step 2: Use Filters
Click the Filters icon (funnel in the top left corner) and set the following parameters:

Period — the date range for building the index

Stores / Brands / Products / Categories — for focused analysis
Click Save to generate or update the chart.
Step 4: Analyze the Chart
Hover over any point on the chart to view:

MAP Violation Trends in Online Stores Over Time
The Statistics section is designed to create clear, visual charts of MAP violations in online stores, based on various project metrics.
Users can choose which data to analyze, how to visualize it, and which colors to use for display.
You can display the following in this section:

Any other key performance indicators

Customize the display format (lines, columns, splines, areas)

Combine multiple charts on the same axis or opposite axes
How to Build Violation Trend Charts
Step 1: Configure the Chart
In the Chart Configuration panel, you can:

Select the chart type:

Line – standard line chart

Column – bar chart

Area – filled area chart

Spline – smooth curved line

Choose the metric:

Number of deviations – total MAP violations

% of deviations – percentage of violations

Step 3: Use the Opposite Axis (if needed)
If you’ve added two metrics:
Activate the Opposite axis option to display each metric on its own scale — especially useful when the metrics have different value ranges.

On the final chart, you can:

You can build charts based on a single metric or create combined charts.

These extensions help you gain a more complete view of the market and respond quickly to changing conditions.
Credit Offers
Monitoring Installment Terms
The Credit Offers section allows you to analyze installment and financing terms offered for products across various online stores.
It’s especially useful for evaluating the competitiveness of your products and the financial terms provided by banks in the market.
How to Work with the Table

Left side: shows a list of online stores (Store) and product names (Product)

Right side: displays offers from various banks or financial services (visually represented by logos)
-
Numbers in the cells: indicate the number of months for the installment plan or credit term available for that product from the corresponding bank
How to View Credit Offers by Product

In the top panel, select the analysis date

Use the pagination arrows in the top-right corner of the table to navigate between pages
To find a specific store or product:

Click the Filters icon
-
Select the desired stores and/or product
-
Click Save
Review the available bank offers: the larger the number, the longer the installment or credit term offered.
- A “–” symbol indicates that there is no offer available from the bank for that product.
You can sort by column to identify the best available offers — simply click on the column header..
Price Aggregator
Centralized Monitoring of Aggregated Prices
The Price Aggregator section in the Price Control system is designed for automatic monitoring of prices from various aggregator platforms such as Hotline, E-katalog, Kaspi.kz, Prom, and others.
This tool allows you to:

Track product prices from multiple sellers

Compare them against the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

Detect deviations and violations

Analyze price trends over a selected period
The table displays the following data:

Product / Product Code – name and code of the product

Store – the seller listed on the aggregator platform

Seller Rating – seller reputation (blue for positive, red for negative reviews)

MAP (RRP) – Minimum Advertised Price

Price – current product price in the store

Violation – flag indicating a violation if the price is below MAP

The system supports a wide range of aggregators. Monitoring can be performed not only on Hotline and E-katalog, but also on any other sources connected to the platform (e.g., Kaspi.kz, Prom.ua, and others). This makes the tool highly versatile for analyzing and controlling prices across different countries and sales channels.
